Students are required to pay out-of-state tuition if they are not legal residents of the state of South Carolina, and out-of-county tuition if not a legal resident of Anderson, Oconee or Pickens Counties.

Learn MoreCURRENT STUDENTS: In cooperation with the National Student Clearinghouse (NSC), the College provides a free self-service program that allows you to view and print enrollment verifications via eTC. Enrollment verifications from the NSC are typically available to students the Monday following administrative drops for any given term.
